The main level is the primary living space with an open plan design for the kitchen, breakfast room and living room, and it also features a formal dining room for holidays and entertaining. Upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms, which includes a master retreat with vaulted ceilings, a cozy sitting room separate from the bedroom, a large bath and huge walk-in closet.
Another popular home design featured in the parade is the Turnbridge, located in both High Shoals and Vista Lake communities. The Turnbridge is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, two-story home, once again with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, including a spacious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
